DIY Explosion box Card for Father's day


I made this explosion box for my father.It is very simple and easy to make.
When it is closed, the box looks like a gift box and when open, all the sides fall back to reveal a large multi-layered card.
For expressing my love to my father this year, I did not want to give traditional grocery store cards and decided to make my own! I am always looking for something a little more special because, well, HE is more special. He is deserving of something that lets him know that I love him so much that I can make a little more effort for him than just any old card. 


When I made this explosion box card for him, I knew it was the perfect thing!

When I gave him this explosion box card,he liked and  appreciated me a lot ..




 How to make simple explosion box card?

 Supplies::
Orange card stock
Different coloured papers
Yellow Ribbon
Markers
Pencil
Eraser
Ruler
Glue stick
Glue gun
Tooth pick
Paper clips
Scissors
Paper cutter
Washi tape
Instructions::
Gather your supplies.Choose coloured papers.Draw template on card stock.It is very easy template so do not need to print it out.Cut it out.

Carefully fold the edges.Watch above video how I used to fold it.Glue down colored paper on explosion box card.Write love notes.Decorate with markers.You can paste pictures also.I made a small paper envelope and pocket and kept love note in it.
Now make a lid for this box.
Assemble the lid::::
The lid will allow you to close your box. Measure the folded box and cut a square.Make lines on each corner.Fold along the lines,  to create your lid.
Next, you’ll add adhesive to the square corners and fold them into the inside of the lid “pitching” the paper together to create the fold. Add paper clips to keep the squares in place until the adhesive dries.Glue yellow ribbon over the top of the lid.
Draw a small heart on red colored paper and cut it out.Write love note.Now glue down two tooth picks and glue down  at the center of box with the help of hot glue gun.

Boiled eggs and Mango Milkshake How kids can make boiled eggs easily?
